I thought I could keep a stiff upper lip, but the Senate is now controlled by the Dems. I’m on my laptop, clapping in an empty room, and crying with relief. Not that the Dems haven’t let us down before, but damn, I’m hopeful.

Mol and I were cheering from the couch while we watched Santorums concession speech live on CNN. It was arguably the best news moment of the year, in my opinion.

You know, I haven’t heard “Sound of Music,” so if you could ftp it to Brian, I’d much appreciate it. I’ve also never heard Codeine’s version of “Atmosphere.” Behind the times? Indeed. But seeing as my band hardly ever practices, we may never get a chance to cover anything let alone finalize any of our own songs! Bleh.
